Indochino is the world's leading custom clothier. For over three years, we led a small design team that was responsible for crafting a world-class digital experience for Indochino customers. This also included initiatives to digitize and streamline operations processes that resulted in improved product fit, consistency, and delivery times.

The full-screen video experience with simple overlaid UI makes it easy for users to follow step by step instructions and input measurements while standing away from a computer.

We tested numerous iterations of the video instructions for ease of use and accuracy and teamed up with Giant Ant to create the final results.
